Comfrey has been shown to increase healing time. Research studies on Arnica and Calendula has shown it to be great for healing of injuries such as bruises, sprains, swelling and inflammation. Ingredients: Comfrey, Arnica, Calendula, Lemon Balm, Sunflower Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Safflower Oil, Castor Oil, Lemongrass Essential Oil, Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Vitamin E Oil, Neem Oil, Coconut Oil and Beeswax.
